Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

A quick, easy, and flavorful pork tenderloin recipe that you're going to love! This pork is perfectly seasoned and tender. Time: 30 minutes Yield: 6-8 servings



2 pounds pork tenderloins

• 2 teaspoons dried sage

• 2 tablespoons butter

• 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup

• 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard



Step 1: Coat the tenderloins with the dried sage, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Melt butter in skillet until bubbling, add tenderloins and cook until well browned on all sides.

Step 3: Reduce heat, cover, and cook until a thermometer inserted into pork registers 150 degrees F (approximately 10 minutes).

Step 4: Transfer to a platter, cover, and keep warm.

Step 5: Whisk 6 tablespoons of maple syrup and 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and the Dijon mustard in a bowl to blend. Set aside.

Step 6: Add the other 2 tablespoons vinegar to skillet, bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits.

Step 7: Reduce heat to medium-low. Return pork and any juices to skillet. Add maple syrup mixture and turn pork in the glaze until coated, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat

Step 8: Slice pork into 1/2 slices diagonally. Plate the pork and spoon glaze over medallions.
